With 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am thrilled to offer beverage consulting services in Sydney. My career has taken me around Europe and Australia, where I’ve gained experience in everything from cocktail expert to management and restaurant operations.

 

Originally from Bordeaux, France, I bring my heritage to my work, and I am proud to have worked in Award Winning bars but not limited to Mimi’s, Palmer & Co, Eau de Vie, Mjolner, Bentley Group, and many others. My journey began in the kitchen and expanded to roles as a bartender, head waiter, bar manager and now beverage consultant where I’ve had the chance to gain my skills and develop a unique approach to beverage program development.

 

As a fluent speaker of French, Spanish, and English, I offer a seamless experience for diverse, multicultural clientele. Whether you’re looking to revamp your cocktail menu, optimise your bar operations, or create a standout beverage experience for your guests, my goal is to help your business  with innovative solutions.

In addition to my work at Mindset Spirits, I’ve also had the honour of being a winner and finalist in multiple cocktail competitions, earning industry recognition for my creativity and expertise.
